The HAR used transfer case option is not your typical ‘junk yard pull out’. This option offers an affordable alternative to a brand new or reman case and gets you back on the road with minimal down time. Have peace of mind knowing you have a quality used part that has good people standing behind it. All of our used transfer cases are pulled from the yard and thoroughly inspected by our in-house transfer case specialist. Each unit is:
• checked for any excessive end play in the input shaft • seals are checked for any leaks • rear housing is checked for pump rub • fluid is checked for any particles that may indicate an issue • benched checked to be sure case shifts through all functions properly • 30 day part warranty HAR Rebuilt Transfer Case:

Our reman transfer cases are built here, in house by our Duramax transfer case specialist using quality replacement parts for each unit. With each build, we aim to tackle any future problems, such as pump rub, before they happen – keeping you on the road and at work. Each feature:
• New, aluminum rear housing with pump rub update - to protect your case from future pump rub • New Chain, range fork, mode fork, synchro ring, pump, bearings, seals • New or like new main shaft • New gasket to pair with transmission included • 1 year part warranty
**Transfer cases are listed “plus core”. With HAR, returning an old core has never been easier – even if you are 100s of miles away. All HAR transfer cases are shipped UPS in custom designed, reusable packing to ensure safe arrival to you and easy core return. Repackage your core into the same box your replacement unit came in. Then, use the pre-paid return slip included with your order to send the core back to HAR. Core refund will be made as soon as your core is received.
