Most of what the parts desk sends goes by email. If a text suits you better, put your mobile number in and we will use it for the parts you have asked us to find and the orders you have placed.

What you will get

Quotes for parts you asked us to find, with a link to view and pay; answers from the parts desk when you reply; and updates on an order, including when it ships. Nothing else, and no advertising.

How often

Message frequency varies. Texts come in response to a request or an order of yours, so most people get a handful around a part they are buying and none in between.

What it costs

Nothing from us. Message and data rates may apply from your own carrier.

Words you can text us

Reply HELP or INFO to any message for help. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE to stop the texts for good, or START, YES, UNSTOP to start them again. You can also stop them here, or call (419) 542-8500.
